Scouts and leaders bring clothing and accessories to make a life-size scarecrow (one per troop) and The Farmstead provides the straw, support T-post, and twine. The scouts can name them and/or put their troop number on them for recognition. The scarecrows stay on display as decoration throughout the season. Your group will be allowed to stay and play at The Farmstead for the rest of the day. Admission is FREE for participating scouts in uniform and two leaders per troop. Regular admission applies for other guests, additional leaders, and family members.
